These terms of use govern your access to and use of the teal-snow website and services. By accessing our website or using our vehicle hire services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

In these terms: "we", "us", and "our" refer to teal-snow; "you" and "your" refer to the person accessing our website or using our services; "vehicle" refers to any automobile in our fleet; "hire period" refers to the duration for which a vehicle is rented.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Use the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use automated systems to access the website without permission

Booking and Reservations

Reservations made through our website or by contacting our team are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation becomes a binding agreement only upon our written confirmation and receipt of any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Driver Requirements

To hire a vehicle from teal-snow, you must:

• Be at least twenty-five years of age for standard vehicles, or thirty years for prestige vehicles
• Hold a full, valid driving licence for a minimum of three years
• Provide acceptable proof of identity and address
• Not have any unspent driving convictions or pending prosecutions
• Be named on the rental agreement as an authorised driver

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before vehicle collection unless alternative arrangements have been agreed for corporate accounts. We accept major credit and debit cards. A security deposit will be held on your payment card for the duration of the hire. This deposit covers potential excess charges and will be released within fourteen days of vehicle return, subject to no claims arising.

Vehicle Use

Hired vehicles must only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. Vehicles must not be:

• Used for racing, testing, or any competitive purpose
• Used to tow or push other vehicles
• Driven outside mainland Great Britain without prior written consent
• Used to carry passengers for hire or reward
• Driven by anyone not named on the rental agreement
• Used whilst the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Insurance and Liability

Comprehensive insurance is included with all hires, subject to an excess amount specified in your rental agreement. You are responsible for the first portion of any claim up to this excess amount. Additional excess reduction products may be available. Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence, breach of these terms, or excluded activities.

Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are provided in clean condition with a full tank of fuel. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition, allowing for reasonable wear. Additional charges may apply for:

• Interior cleaning beyond normal use
• Fuel replacement if not returned full
• Damage beyond fair wear and tear
• Late return without prior arrangement
• Smoking in the vehicle

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than seventy-two hours before the scheduled collection time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seventy-two hours will incur a charge of fifty percent of the total hire cost. No refund is available for cancellations made within twenty-four hours or for no-shows.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, teal-snow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant hire.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of teal-snow or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
