We aim to respond to all enquiries within two hours during office hours. Weekend and evening messages will receive attention first thing on the following business day.

Visiting Our Office

Our premises are located in the heart of Marylebone, within walking distance of Oxford Circus and Bond Street stations. The building offers visitor parking for those arriving by car, though we recommend booking a space in advance during weekday business hours.

We are pleased to welcome clients who prefer to view vehicles in person before confirming their reservation. Please contact us beforehand so we can ensure your preferred vehicle is available for inspection and any relevant documentation is prepared.

For clients collecting vehicles from our location, we provide a comfortable reception area where you can complete paperwork and receive a comprehensive handover briefing.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Corporate accounts may settle via bank transfer with agreed payment terms. A pre-authorisation hold will be placed on your card at the commencement of each hire.

Documentation Required

Full UK or EU driving licence held for minimum three years. International visitors require a valid licence accompanied by an International Driving Permit. Proof of address dated within the past three months.

Age Requirements

Minimum age twenty-five years for Executive and Luxury categories. Minimum age thirty years for Prestige Collection vehicles. All drivers must be named on the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made more than seventy-two hours before scheduled collection. Fifty percent charge applies for cancellations within seventy-two hours. Please refer to our terms for complete details.
